To succeed with innovation and transition you need to get your people onboard. Leaders have a special responsibility to make this happen.
Make sure you design a high quality solution- but do not forget to show interest in, inform and involve your people, in order to ensure acceptance and engagement for the solution. It is critical to handle these processes in a good and timely fashion, and that key personnel get the support they need to master their roles in the process.
The «Nordic Leadership Model» is an asset that can be a competitive edge for Nordic companies. The latest research on leadership and results, clearly demonstrates this.
In this session Øivind Bjørnson, Organisational psychologist and partner at Bjørnson Organisasjonspsykologene will share the latest research and practice on Nordic Leadership, and how this can improve Nordic leaders` ability to deliver better results.
SpareBank 1 SR-Bank with Aina Sandvik, Director of Marketing and Christine Wathne Seloter, Director of Systems and Development, will share the leadership challenge in a company in total digital transformation.
